About Us

White Horse Wellness has been inspired by Ros's life long passion for horses and all animals, and a life long commitment to health, wellness and mindful living which started over 30 years ago when Ros enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College in Toronto.

She and her husband left the bustling big city for the rolling hills of Caledon and the Headwaters district to raise their young daughter 20 years ago where they live with their two horses, two dogs and cat on their farm just under 1 hour from Toronto.

Ros still practices in her Toronto clinic in the Bay/Bloor/Yorkville area. Her passion for more subtle energy body work techniques moved her toward the use of essential oils and aromatherapy in her early clinical years as a Massage Therapist, combined with studying with the Upledger Institute, she has integrated craniosacral techniques into both her human and equine practice.

By incorporating the deeper fascal release techniques and combining or applying separately the more energetic and subtle disciplines which draw in more of the mind-body-spirit, its Ros's belief that this is the key to optimal functioning, healing alignment and self awareness.

Working with the horses, practicing and incorporating yoga and body work, truly brings the eastern and western philosophies together in a perfect combination of ancient wisdom, science, wonder and mystic.

A special thank-you for all the horses that have touched my life and will continue to inspire and bring me courage, compassion strength and resilience, love and gratitude, introspection, exhilaration, magic, and to even help me face my fears, I am truly blessed . May we stay curious and connected to our roots. We are all animals. AHIMSA
